Staple Linen Top

This version uses Zooey, a cotton and linen blend, and the resulting garment is perhaps a little more structured and slightly less drapey than the original. Unlike other cotton blends that might pull downward over time, this one remains stable because the linen offers luster and drape while the cotton creates softness and loft. You can trust that the length of the top will be the same at the end of the day as it was when you left home!

A note about washing: Although linen is extremely durable and improves with washing and wearing, this yarn may shrink in the washing machine due to the lofty cotton content of this yarn. If you plan to wash this in the machine, perhaps plan for a slightly larger size and always hang to dry.
