Colors & Specifications
Every effort has been made to represent the products on this site as clearly and accurately as possible. If you have questions or concerns regarding product colors or specifications, please contact us directly at 563-587-8044 or firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do what we can to support you in making an informed purchase. Yarn Soup cannot be held financially responsible for product returns due to discrepancies in color or product specifications.
We are committed to keeping accurate counts of the inventory we sell. At times, however, a detail or two will slip through the cracks. If there is a discrepancy between what you ordered and what we are able to deliver, we will contact you within one business day to make you aware of the situation and offer a solution. If we cannot meet your needs, you are entitled to a full refund.
We ship products on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, typically via the United States Postal Service. If you have requested shipping, we will make every effort to ship your order on or before the next business day in our shipping schedule. We will contact you if we anticipate any shipping delays. At times, delays may occur due to outside circumstances, such as weather, political or economic obstacles, or other supply chain challenges. In these cases, Yarn Soup is not responsible for delayed or misplaced packages. We want you to feel as though you’ve made the perfect purchase every time you buy from Yarn Soup! If you encounter a problem with your shipment, please call the shop within 10 days of your purchase so we can work with you to rectify the situation quickly: 563-587-8044.
If you decide to cancel your order, please call or email us immediately. If your order has not yet been picked up or shipped, we will process your refund that day. If your order has already shipped, we will process the refund when the products are returned and deemed to be in their original condition. Yarn Soup is not responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the cancelled order. Yarn Soup reserves the right to assess a restocking fee of up to 15% on any cancelled order.
Returns and Exchanges
We are happy to accept returns and exchanges on the following terms:
1. Sorry, no returns on books, patterns, needles or special orders.
2. All returns must be in their original condition/packaging and presented with a valid receipt.
3. Items may be exchanged or returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase; otherwise, returns within 31-90 days are eligible for in-store credit only.
4. No returns or exchanges after 90 days.
5. Yarn Soup is not responsible for shipping costs associated with returns.
